1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting our website, signing up for our newsletter, or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have permission from a parent or guardian) and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Our Products

Our bandanas are handmade in small batches in our Northlake, Texas studio. Because each item is individually crafted:

• •Slight variations in prints, stitching, and color are part of the handmade nature
• •Product photos are representative — your bandana may vary slightly
• •Limited prints and seasonal designs may sell out and not be restocked

3. Orders & Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud or pricing errors. Payment is processed securely through Shopify at checkout. All prices are listed in US dollars.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier. We are not responsible for carrier delays once your package leaves our studio.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Unused, unwashed items in original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of pet products, we cannot accept returns on used items. See our FAQ for full details.

6. Product Safety & Use

Our bandanas are pet accessories — not safety devices. As with any pet accessory, we recommend supervising your dog while they wear the bandana and removing it during unsupervised play, crate time, or sleep. You are responsible for ensuring the bandana is the proper fit for your dog and for monitoring your dog while it is being worn.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including our logo, product photos, designs, text, and graphics — is owned by Northstar Dog Threads or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

8. Photos You Share With Us

If you submit a photo of your dog or tag us on social media, you grant Northstar Dog Threads a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that photo on our website, social media, and marketing materials, with credit to the dog's name and hometown when provided. You confirm that you have the right to share the photo.

9. Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• •Interfere with or disrupt the site or its servers
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site
• •Submit false or misleading information

10. Disclaimers

Our website and products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, except as required by law. We do not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Northstar Dog Threads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the purchase price of that product.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Continued use of our website after changes means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Texas.
